you are correct if massacring a population and then taking over their homes is theft. this is what happened to the jews in massacres in 1929 and then when they were expelled in 1948 by the jordanians.
you are correct. if you claim that jews have no right to jewish properties whose owners were murdered and expelled then you are justifying murder and expulsion as a legal property ownership issue. i hope not! |
