Apparently it is going to be free. I like the idea because British propaganda is often lost in the language barrier. The budget is $50 million a year and hopefully it can compete agains Al Jazeera.
I said at the time the NIE was a huge moment in the Middle East and for Israel. Looks like it is even bigger than even I predicted.
