forget it! There is a Palestinian state already.It happened when the PLO made a Declaration of Independence in 1988.That meant the 181 border(the only legally authorised border!),the return of refugees & Jerusalem as capital.Hamas may compromise & agree to East J. as capital.But don`t hold your breath!
