This city is run by cartels, whether it is the municipality with its wheeling and dealing or mafia families that are indulged in "protection money" rackets. God help you if you are caught in the crossfire! Make sure that you are in the good books of the crime king pins of Netanya before you open up a restaurant there. My advice to people is to keep away from restaurants whose owners are linked to the Netanya crime mafia. You never know when you will be caught up in a contracted killing!
