I read a great piece of history...it`s called the Koran. It spoke of making deals with Jews when Muhammed was weak, then gaining strength and breaking that agreement - only to kill the whole tribe and take the women as booty.
The very example that Arafat cited when signing the Oslo accord.
Another great piece of history is when Arabs from Northern Africa over-ran Andalusia and killed Jews in the region (for not converting) and throwing out the rest.
How about the 85 years of racism and oppression of Jews in the region of Palestine by Arabs?
I think you`re talking about a time when both Jews and Muslims respected one another, well before Islamists came to power...and that time was so short lived. |
