Not forming a Palestinian State also threatens Israeli security. There is a real need to have the palestinians take responsibility for their own state, their own territory as soon as possible.

Short term, so long as there is the (valid) excuse of the occupation of the west bank, and so long as there is not a real state to hold responsible for terrorism against Israel there is an endless threat.

Long term Israeli security depends on internationally recognized borders, and a longterm Jewish Majority inside a securable democratic State Israel.

Then, any attacks on Israel are the actions of a responsible state and not those of a legitimately aggreived occupied people. They can be dealt with.

We all know the endgame; it looks like camp david/geneva. They get Gaza and West Bank and Arab part of Jerusalem and temple mount; we get pre-1967 borders + Jewish parts of Jerusalem and the wall and plaza areas. No right of returt. The longer we all wait, the worse for Israel. Just do it!
