| The conditions may not yet be ripe for a final peace settlement right now, but the government and PA can still resolve at least some of the outstanding issues. Peace doesn`t just appear from nowhere. It evolves over time. It may seem that the climactic signing of a peace treaty is a seminal event, but any final status agreement will be the end product of thousands of imperceptible steps. You may not see the Earth turn, but it does. |
