| I am absolutely devastatated after reading about Staff Sergeant Liran Banai and his poor parents. I had a friend in England in the fiftys, who became a top musician. He was considered a gift from G-d by his parents who also were deaf and dum. Why Why Why was Liran, an only son, not rejected for military service on special family reliance and humanitarian grounds? |
