@ Brant Shame on the UN for what? Either blame Lybia for asking that "a condemnation of the IDF operation in Gaza earlier this week will be included as well" or the US and Israel for opposing it. If there is no consensus then the statement fail, blaming the hundreds of countries which make the U.N. is irrelevant. Now for you asking a comparison, when Baruch Goldstein killed 29 Arab Muslim prayers within the Cave of the Patriarchs, an UN security council resolution wasn`t even discussed, here again i fail to see the "double standards" that you claim to see.
