A person who defiles a gravesite should take the deceased place. I would be worried that this would invoke the ressurection that religion has promised and written contextually within the High Holiday/Daily Siddur. Righteousness can not be disturbed; it can only identify insecure, doubtful, and weak personalities who will eventually prove who they are.
