| The problem that I believe the school has, is that the school has a pupil-quota to fill in order to receive the public funding, therefore the school has bent its rules and looked them through fingers, because observing ortho-families´ children alone do not fill the quota. The funding must be rearranged, if the school wants to stick to its rules or the rules must go to receive the funding. |
