Mark, I see, you had a pretty good time last
night, must have been due to the friendly
and good-natured attitude of many Texan people
(I know, what I`m talking about, I used to
travel quite a bit through Texas on business....:).

However, when it comes to November, I`m now
a little bit more sceptical when it comes to
the chances of a Democratic candidate.

Should Obama get the nomination, I think it is
quite fair to assume, that many of the older
Clinton supporters would switch to McCain.
(I think there was even a poll conducted over
the past days, which put that number at about
25 %). That would be quite hard to make up for
with Independents.

On the other hand, if you have a look at some
Democratic "pro-Obama" blogs (his own of course,
but also "daily-kos", "democratic underground",
etc.), there is a lot of anger ("hate" ??) about
Clintons tactics, especially when she suggested
2 days ago, that McCain might be better quali-
fied (experience) than Obama.
