| It`s nice to see Abbas finally showing some backbone. Israel has refused to negotiate with Hamas regardless of the fact that they are a democratically elected body and that 64% of Israelis support a cease-fire; clearly someone needs to pressure Israel into negotiating with Gaza, and if the US won`t do it I`m glad to know that Abbas will. |
