Let me put 1+1 together you as you seem to have weak math skills: Russia has a vote on the Security Council. And since the only abstention was Indonesia, that means Russia voted IN FAVOR of the sanctions. Understand boy? Russia didn`t veto the resolutions. So you see Iran has no "Russian veto in their back pocket."
