What Hamas are doing is a war crime. It is a crime of war. It is illegal under International Humanitarian Law. It is contrary to the Hague Regulations, and to the Geneva Conventions. There, peter, is there any other way of describing it that you would like me to use???? Now, *having* said that, YOU can now explain to ME how that gives a free hand to the IDF to indulge in war crimes against the civilian population of Gaza as a legitimate method of reprisal for those Hamas war crimes????? Come on, peter, explain to me how that is justified under the Rules of War. I`ll wait...... |
