Only people with no prior contact or experience with Africans would be surprised at them leaving without notice. On the kibbutzim things were too structured for the African. The African wants to get up whenever he wants to, go to work if he feels like it, do only as much work as he feels like. Then he wants to complain that he has no food, no house, no comfortable life. These "refugees" are only opportunists looking for a comfy life provided through others` hard work. |
