When would the Israeli Govt. ministers and spokespeople learn to reply to UN and others, that there is no such thing as "proportional response" The response of every nation in a war is to win, so the aggressor will never raise the killing sword again. This is how the Allies, including Britain fought and destroyed the Nazism, and how UN themselves fought in Korea, to protect same Ban Ki Moon who is now demanding proportional response.
