| In these cases, and many more, there are no objective evidences to indict anybody, and only two persons know exactly what really happened. Moreover, Israeli judges are allowed by law to play the role of God: they can decide based just on their beliefs who is lying or telling truth. So, an accused can be declared guilty based on a testimony that can be true or false. This mere possibility may force an accused to admit minor crimes to avoid being unjustly inculpated of a major crime. Thus, political stupidity (in this case inverse discrimination trying to favour victims of rape) generates injustice. Many cases of `rape` at Israeli courts are just women`s revenge for some wrong going affair. Who know what really happened? |
