Well, of course. But Israel takes not the slighest notice of International Law and never has. If it had been forced to, so many innocent Palestinians might not now be dead. "I condemn the disproportionate and excessive use of force that has killed an injured so many civilians, including children" Israel is paving the way for a future re-occupation of Gaza, not defending itself.
