An AP photo shows Harry at his machine gun, grinning from ear to ear: presumably he has just (quoting wire services) "fired on suspected enemy combatants" and, from his delighted expression, has nailed one or two. Not good to be a "suspect" in Afghanistan! We learn that Harry "sometimes wished he was not a royal as it made it difficult to do things that he enjoyed, including fighting in the army." After all, he says, now “I get the chance to do what I want to do." But don`t believe that the opportunity to kill Afghanis is Harry`s sole source of "enjoyment": really, he says, "It`s nice just to be here with all the guys and just mucking in as one of the lads." Blimey! Raw-ther like...football! But do take another look at the "What, me worry?" grin on Harry`s face, the product of centuries of inbreeding by the Windsor family. |
