| Whereas the Iranian nuclear program is continuing with ever growing pace, and with uninterrupted help from European countries like Germany, the Israeli leadership wants to lull the public into believing that sanctions could stop the mullahs from transferring nuclear weapons to their terrorist pawns. During the last decade, as former German FM Fischer said in an interview, the EU served as a strategic blockade to prevent even discussion of the Iranian nuclear weapons program. A country like Germany has successfully boycotted for many years a common Western position for abundant trade with the rogue regime in Tehran, so that it is now too late for any sanctions. Iran has received since long everything needed to build the bomb. A nuclear catastrophe cannot be averted by the ill-fated fantasies of Olmert and Livni who want to surround Israel with hostile UN forces like in Lebanon, so that Israel would be unable to defend herself. |
