I am terribly disappointed in the High Court`s decision to allow the plea bargain to stand.
Omri Sharion is now serving a prison term for, in my opinion, a less terrible crime, whilst Mr. Katzav is still free! It is not only women who are disappointed, but men also. Any law-abiding citizen should feel ashamed!
A trial is the correct thing to do with all the women offended brought in as witnesses for the prosecution. What of the brothers, fathers and husbands of the women, do they not have a right to speak; be offended? They also are victims! |
