Europe is not serious in dealing with Mullah`s. If they can work out of UN, to help Kosovo despite Russians, why don`t they make tougher sanctions outside UN Security Council? Now they are prepared to give Carrots to Mullah`s that includes regime staying in power Guarantee among other goodies. The prize for being a threat to the world!
