Did anyone really expect an IDF probe to actually criticise or highlight the blatant disregard of that force for civilian lives??
The IDF has a clear policy of targeting civilian populations and infrastructure to inspire terror in the population as a whole (almost the perfect definition of `terrorism`). We see it in the occupied territories and we seen it recently in Lebanon.
Civilians - Israeli, Palestinian or Lebanese, should never be targeted and and the upmost care taken to avoid noncombatant casualties. Anyone group )or government) who fails to do this should be shunned. |
