Jewish groups should not allow themselves to be seen as tools of Israel who will cry anti-Semitism upon any mention of racism in Israeli for they should be representing all Jews and not just Israelis and instead let the Torah`s teachings guide them. Israel should certainly not the main target or the only item on the agenda, but the world`s Jews have a higher duty to combat racism where ever it exists with no exceptions, even if that means discussing issues withing Israel as well.
