Why doesn`t the UN tell Hamas to end rocket firing? After all, it is Hamas who`s doing the firing, not the Quartet.
Also, why is Egypt commended for "efforts...to find durable solutions to the crisis", even though it did the least of the three parties? (The other two being Israel and PA). Why is the UN always rewarding for bad behavior and punishing for good behavior?
