Ramon added that an examination of the approximately 100 outposts shows that "about a third of them can be granted authorization, a third can in no way be given authorization, and [authorizations for] a third can be discussed."
With this, 66,6% of "unauthorized outposts" can be turned over into authorized encaves,and thus, the world opinion on their illegality can be turned down! It is Israeli logic in its best form! A shame on you!
