Arrogance is one thing, racism is another. You ought not mix them up lest some think you poorly of you.
As per boycotting the UN`s "Durban 11", I think it`s a good idea. Why? Because the very fact that the UN conference only wants to discuss Israel and not any other matter related to international prejudice is itself racist and should not be supported in any manner.
When the UN and it`s member states want to get serious and include ALL forms of racism and/or anti -semitism etc, then Israel and all other free thinking nations should participate.
In short "Durban 11" is a farce to which I thought Mandela would have been awake to given his history. |
