Palestinians use their children as human shields throwing rocks, hoping for what, a PR moment at the expense their children. They will put their children in harms way, a sort of "Russian Roulette" trying to incite violence from the IDF, and hope your kid isn`t the one killed, nice! And if you win the Roulette "a martyr" is created and your family gets respect and a free funeral, Great!
