Your argument is broadly correct -- I hope you won`t be offended if I suggest some minor changes.
St Paul (Saul of Tarsus) wrote the oldest surviving books of the New Testament -- epistles (letters) to Thessalonians, Romans, and others -- but he didn`t write any of the four gospels.
At least three of the gospels were written by Jewish followers of Jesus: Mark, Matthew, John. As for Luke, nobody knows for certain whether he was Jewish or not.
