When the Nazis rounded up all the Jews before exterminating them , they were put into the Warsaw Ghetto. No food, no fuel. The only available supplies were smuggled in or bought from the Germans or Poles via the black market. Some weapons were smuggled in but the main resource needed was food. Fuel was whatever you could burn to heat and cook with.
Gaza is not the same. I am sick and tired of the comparisons. Gaza is paradise compared to the Warsaw Ghetto. Palestinians in Gaza have a choice to stop qassams and talk peace. Jews had no voice and no choice. Palestinians in Gaza are said to need food and fuel yet their choice of smuggling is arms.
I do not believe the Gazans are starving and their smuggling of weaponry will only lead to more deaths on their side. |
