| the idea that a nuclear war is an ergodic event; i.e,. has zero chance of not occuring either by design or accident. best way to prevent proliferation would be to get rid of all of wmd. even this doesn`t guaranty that a land might not remanufacture wmd. the problem`s, gene`s out of the bottle and our fate`s doomed. there is no way a nuclear war won`t happen. i think the way we behave we would have earned extintion. |
