| Eyal Regev is quite correct in his fear. For Olmert to redeem Regev and Goldwasser now would be to admit he started the Second Lebanon War (which was ostensibly to free them) for nothing. Just a week or two back, the PMs office was leaking the story that he was about to have them declared dead. |
