I am sure that the Egyptian police would do a better job of it. Perhaps we Israelis should invite a squad to show us how they know how to gently "break their bones". Of course when Arabs hurt Arabs that is acceptable.
Or perhaps we can learn from the Fatah police dealing with a pro-Hammas rally. Perhaps they should show us how to deal with their own violent protesters. We can also learn how they gently treat their prisoners.
Or even better, perhaps we can learn from the way the Hammas police to deal with a pro-Fattah rally? Now there would be an exemplary force to take notes from....
Of course there is a bit of fiction in what I have written here. Because of the respective police forces, Hammas supporters would not dare demonstrate in the West Bank, and Fattah supporters would be ill fated to demonstrate in Gaza.
