| If those in power had the ability to include all in the "Peace Plan" talks. As it is, the Peace Plan that excludes Gaza Palestinians (Hamas) is nothing more than provocation on the part of U$rael - a provocation that Israel relies on to enable her rhetoric of "Israel reserves the right to defend herself." Qassams are needed by Israel. They give an excuse for expropriation of more Palestinian land. |
