It should be known that for the past 40 years, the Druze Muslim Arabs of the Golan Hts have NEVER accepted Israeli citizenship. During this time, the Zionist authorities have tried with zeal to persuade the Druze of the Golan to do so. They have not taken into account that the Druze have an honorable history--1,000 years of defending the lands of Arabs & Muslims from the likes of the Crusaders and the French. They must think that Druze Sultan al-Basha al-Atrash is a Druze myth---but no, it true that he led Arab Muslims in a Jihad against the French, and won.
