If you truly are a doctor, which given your response I seriously doubt, they clearly you should have enough schooling even from a mail order doctorate mill for one to expect you to understand that the PA is not in control of Gaza and not responsible for the Kassams fired from those areas, so your lame excuse for Israeli violations has no merit.
And let`s not overlook the fact that if it were not for Israel`s refusal to stop its bombardments of Gaza civilians during the cease fire unilaterally honored for many months by Hamas, there would be no Kassam`s today either.
