| Jerusalem report November 24, 1999 regarding Chief Justice Barak`s decision for a retrial "Among considerations Barak weighed was the existence of evidence not presented in the original trial - a Shin Bet report that questioned the defendants` guilt and ruled out a nationalist motive" Regardless of the questionability of convictions based solely on confessions, if they actually did commit this horrible crime it was not for nationalist motives according to the Shin Bet. Thus they are mere scumbag criminals who don`t deserve release. Screaming terrorist because they are Arab is not only racist, but in fact gives the criminals a shield for their disgusting deeds Pathetic |
