Confidence-building gestures to support Abbas and the PA must stop; Abbas and the PA virtually NEVER make confidence-building gestures to Israel and gain the trust of its people. Recognizing Israel`s right to exist as a Jewish state next to an Arab state (as the UN envisioned)would be a start, but they won`t even do that. If fact, Abbas and his PA state that they will NEVER do that. They therefore can`t be peace-partners, so why give them anything at all?
Israel should start ignoring Bush and his reckless schemes - its all about his handlers trying to get him a Nobel Peace Prize "like Al Gore`s". The PA needs to move their "institutions" to Abu Dis - that`s where their capital will be. That`s the only deal they`re going to get, they can take it or leave it. |
