| Despite Palestinian-Israeli leaders continuing to undermine the country, the general population sees their destiny and allegiance with Israel. This is a good start, but yes, compulsory service for Palestinian-Israelis is the ideal, just like it is for Jewish and Druze-Israelis. Someday this will happen. The question still remains -- why is there such a disconnect between the Arab population of Israel and their leaders? |
