| Sorry to disabuse you, but Obama is a Christian and a strong supporter of Israel.Obama is very popular with most registered Democrats and the primaries reflect that fact.Although McCain would be a formidable opponent,Obama would probably win the popular vote.The only "clash of civilizations" are from those who take a more aggressive stance towards spreading their faith without regard to the wishes of the people and the requirements of our laws and Constitution.Most people of all faiths are moderate in their beliefs,hard working in their professional lives and contributors to our society.We have many mosques,synagogues and churches in our county, and we get along very nicely.Why not?We are all Americans. |
