FACTS:
The establishment of Israel was accomplished via a United Nations Security council decision and it has been a rip roaring success indeed with a growing population, prosperous economy, excellent health care system and a lively cultural scene. All the surveys and indicators are pointing upwards. The US gives around 3 billion $ per year in military assistance of which 75% must be spent on US products and services. US Economic assistance has been stopped some years ago. Israel could very well survive without that assistance which represents only around 3% of its GNP. As for the EU`s most-favoured trading nation status, this is a two-way street as Israel is not an insignificant market for EU goods.
To make a long story short, you are wrong on all counts again. Will you ever stop engaging in fantasy and wishfull thinking, Chris? |
