We know nothing about this Swedish employee other than that he claims he is being discriminated against for alleged pro-American, pro-Israeli views on a personal website.
The fact that he was assigned to other duties could be because he was a drunk, a persistent late-comer, a serial groper of female co-workers, a nutter, insubordinate or totally useless at his job.
All that we can be sure of from this case is that he`s a whiner with a grudge, a sense of personal entitlement and a propensity to have a hissy fit if he doesn`t get his own way. |
