I don`t understand how the arab summit could be undermined by the failure of Lebanon to find a president? Arabs attending such a summit already undermine it.Why, because they cannot agree on virtually anything and even when they do they return to argue more in their own constituancies with NO intention of abiding to any agreements reached. Arab countries have had no leaders (only despots and religious fanatics)so what`s the difference re:Lebanon? Siniora should go to the Lebanese and tell them what an international disgrace they are and the lack of a president is indicative of this.
