Margie, I have seen many thin stray cats in Tel Aviv areas, such as Ramat Chen, and suburbs such as Yahud, Or Yehuda, Holon. Awful looking creatures, they would have been better off dead I think.
Otherwise, Israel has lots to offer, great beaches (although sea somewhat dangerous, especially in Netanya), lots of historical sites, lots of good food and outdoor entertainment, night life, cheap markets (especially cheap for EU citizens), great malls, I love the one in Herzliya Pituach. I wish I could come again soon, but personal problems keep me here this year. I will sure try in 2009. |
