| Agree with you, except for the lack of intelectual freedom, which has existed for a long time in Cuba. Also, I think it`s a shame that Castro didn`t call for elections a long time ago, because Cubans would`ve, with no doubt, re elected him. That way, he could`ve given a show of "democracy" (for those who believe that democracy is about voting...we know it`s about much more than that), and it wouldn`t have been so easy for his enemies to call him a dictator. |
