| You probably ned to be Catholic in order to understand how - through a process on planet Earth - a human being can be declared a saint and prayed to. We Jews (and I assume other non-Catholics either) do not want to interfer at all in the religious aspects of it. But since the group participating in this beatification/sanctification process is still a part of the human community - how on Earth (literally) can we refrain from being upset at human beings wishing to declare a sinner a saint? |
