"The U.S. government has circumstantial [evidence] What? Is that all there is? Is Bush really claiming only circumstantial evidence? Yet it is elevating that to the level of "evidence" as though it has hard facts. Can that man never stop lying? Can`t he find anybody except liars to work for him?
