| It`s a place that has never been a separate state, and is now a fake country with an unenviable reputation for discrimination against minorities and for exporting terrorism to neighbouring countries (Serbia and Macedonia). It has corrpution, 50 percent unemployment and no viable economy. Its main trading partners are the countries it has fallen out with politically. It relies on hand-outs and money sent back by people working abroad. If Russia now built a huge military base in Gaza and persuaded Hamas to declare independence, then Bush would understand how a lot of people feel about the pseudo-state of Kosovo. |
