| When Anielewicz called us to die upright spitting in their face, the wise guys warned that shooting at the SS would trigger brutal retaliation and certain death. They did not see that going on the knees would as well lead to death. The situation is similar, only going on the knees means certain death, while staying upright and striking leaves the only chance to survive. Georges Metanomski |
